Made in France by the same company since 1925, this 2-piece veggie peeler and potato masher set will give you a great pair of tools to reach for anytime you're prepping your veggies for dinner. The sharp blade and comfortable fit of the peeler will clean up all kinds of fruit and veggies quickly, and can also go a step beyond, creating beautiful long strips for salads. The masher, or potato ricer, easily breaks down boiled or baked potatoes for soups, gnocchi, or good old fashioned mashed spuds, and can also be used on thicker soups like lentils and split peas to remove lumps and make them smoother. Made of Beechwood and stainless steel, they look great, will last a very long time, and make a terrific gift for the beginner or an experienced cook. The masher is 9 1/2'' L, with a 4'' Diameter base. The peeler is 5 3/4'' long. Not Dishwasher Safe
